What should be paid attention to when designing the main components of the tank

1. Each horizontal oil tank is provided with an oil inlet pipe. In order to avoid oil injection, the oil sprays to the tank wall to generate static sparks, causing fire. Therefore, the oil inlet pipe should be extended to the bottom of the tank at a distance of about 150-200mm from the bottom of the tank wall. In order to reduce the impact of the oil on the tank wall, the inserted pipe end is bent into a 180° elbow, or directly inserted into the tank wall. At the bottom of 150 ~ 200mm, take a 45 ° opening.

2. The oil discharge pipe needs to be treated differently according to the type of the selected fuel dispenser. For the submersible pump dispenser, if the pump is separated, the oil discharge pipe is placed on the manhole cover, and the submerged pump extends directly into the tank from the outlet pipe. When the main pipe is connected to the fuel dispensers, and the oil pump with the pump and one oil to the multiple fuel dispensers, from the experience, the design should adopt a one-to-one oil pipe method, that is, one The root pipe is for a refueling oil gun so that the flow rate is uniform without affecting the accuracy of the measurement. In this case, there is often a plurality of oil outlet pipes on the manhole of one oil tank, and a bottom valve at the bottom of the oil discharge pipe. The bottom valve is often caused by impurities and the like, and the sealing is not strict, which affects normal operation and often needs to be repaired. . When a certain oil pipe fails to be repaired, in order to make other fuel dispensers associated with it work normally, the connection between each oil pipe and the manhole cover is designed to be detachable.

3. Due to the quantity of oil holes on the manhole cover of the underground oil tank, the joint pipe into and out of the oil pipe, etc., in order to facilitate operation and maintenance, the operation hole should be set on the manhole of the underground oil tank, in order to facilitate installation and avoid people. When the water is introduced into the hole, the operating well is made of steel and directly welded to the outside of the manhole to make it 50 to 100 mm above the ground and a cover plate is added.

4. For the underground oil pipe, the welding connection is required. In order to reduce the leakage point and the convenience of operation, the inlet and outlet pipes and the vent pipe connected to the manhole cover should be connected by elbows and flanges in the operation well. Oil tanks should be designed with special structural requirements in mind and must meet both safety and operational requirements. Only by strictly complying with the relevant design requirements can the quality of the tank be ensured, so that not only the later use effect but also the problem can be reduced, so everyone should understand the points mentioned above.
