What is the role of buried horizontal tank accessories?

(1) Manhole. Horizontal buried oil tanks or repair tank personnel for access, ventilation and exhaust, the diameter of about 700mm, usually installed on the manhole cover with oil holes, snorkels and other oil tank accessories, such as oil and gas pipelines, There are no manholes above the manhole to operate and protect.

(2) Oil hole. Used for metering, sampling and observation. It is equipped with a special oil tank made of aluminum alloy to prevent sparks when the ruler is under the hole. The seal cover is provided under the hole cover and embedded with oil-resistant rubber gasket to seal and prevent cremation due to impact when the cover is closed. Some oil holes are in the form of steel sleeve copper caps (covers), mainly with the self-weight and gasket seal of the copper cover. 

(3) Vent (snorkel). It is used for the oil vapor in the oil tank to be taken out of the tank and inhaled when the oil is filled. 

(4) Gas barrier cap. It is an auxiliary equipment for the gas station of the gas station and is installed on the top of the tank ventilation. When the oil in the tank is heated or unloaded, it is ventilated outward through the flame retardant pattern. When the oil tank is transporting oil outward, the air is sucked through the corrugated board and the fire source is prevented from passing through to ensure the safety of the tank.

(5) The door of the door. Also known as check valve or check valve, installed in the oil pipe outlet of the oil tank, not less than 0.15mm from the bottom of the tank to prevent the oil from returning from the pipeline and the tanker to the tank when the tanker does not absorb oil. 

(6) Quick connector. The car must adopt a closed unloading method, and the connection between the unloading pipe and the oil cyst inlet port adopts a quick sealing joint. Quick connectors are hose joints at both ends of the yin and yang. The oil is discharged from the tanker through the unloading pipe quick joint into the tank. The joint is convenient to operate, quick to assemble and disassemble, reliable in operation, can reduce oil and gas play, reduce air pollution, and is conducive to safety. The CRJ type plug-in hose joint assembly is commonly used at gas stations. 

(7) Emergency shut-off valve. It is a safety valve for use with a submersible pump and is installed on the bottom pipe of the gas station.
