Domestic stainless steel pipe production pattern
(1) Capacity and equipment pattern
At present, there are more than 400 sets of various stainless steel pipe units in China. However, most of these rolling pipe units are not up to the international advanced level, and the actual production capacity is only over 17 million tons: about 50 sets of domestic advanced level and general level units, with a production capacity of 5.9 million. Tons, accounting for 35%; industrial policy stipulates that hundreds of 76mm backward units should be eliminated, with a production capacity of about 5 million tons, accounting for 32%. These units are mainly distributed in private enterprises; and only 15 sets of international advanced level units (10 sets) The continuous rolling mill unit, two sets of three-roll rolling mill units, two sets of cycle rolling mill units, and one set of extruded tube units have a production capacity of 5.7 million tons, accounting for 33% of the total production capacity. These advanced units are basically distributed in key enterprises.
The above situation shows that although the production capacity of stainless steel pipes in East China accounted for about 5,096 national assembly, the overall equipment level is not high. Only the continuous rolling mills of Baosteel and the extruded pipe units of Zhejiang Jiuli have reached the international advanced level.
(2) Pattern of production enterprises
At present, the production pattern of hot-rolled stainless steel pipes in China is still scattered, and the industrial concentration is still not high. The output ratio of key enterprises has been declining year by year. In 2006, the output of key enterprises was 7.245 million tons, accounting for only 48%, and the first time was less than 50%. The output was about 8.2 million tons, and the proportion dropped to 44%.
According to the scale of production and equipment level, China's stainless steel pipe production enterprises are mainly divided into the following four categories:
The first category: key production enterprises
China has formed seven major stainless steel pipe production enterprises such as Tianjin Steel Pipe, Baosteel, Hengguan, Pancheng Steel, Baotou Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel and Xinye Steel. These enterprises are equipped with advanced high-level equipment such as continuous rolling mills, and the production efficiency is high. Although the number of units is only 6% of the national total, the output is high. In 2006, the output of stainless steel pipes of these 7 enterprises was 6.3 million tons, accounting for 4296 of total output, of which 1.63 million tons of Tianjin steel pipe, accounting for II%, 1.17 million tons of Baosteel, accounting for 7.8%, and 857,000 tons of climbing steel, accounting for 5.7%. Steel 855,000 tons, accounting for 5.75%, balance pipe 838,000 tons, accounting for 5.65%, Angang 455,000 tons, accounting for 3.7%, Xinye Steel 393,000 tons, accounting for 2.696.
The second category: private enterprises
Large-scale private production enterprises of stainless steel pipes have appeared in China, such as Jiangsu Zhenda, Wuxi Simles, Anhui Tianda, Jiangsu Chengde, Zhejiang Jiuli, Zhejiang Enterprise Group, Jiangxi Xinyu Enterprise Group, Shandong Enterprise Group, etc. These companies produced about 2 million tons in 2006, accounting for 13% of the total output, making them a force to be reckoned with in the
Stainless steel tube market.
These companies are divided into several types: Wuxi Simles and Anhui Tianda have 2 to 3 sets of high-rolling mills (including continuous rolling mills) with a total capacity of over 500,000 tons. The enterprise basically solved the problem of high-quality tube blank supply, and produced a large number of stainless steel pipe products including oil well pipes, which occupied a considerable market share in the domestic market. The product grade reached a step: Jiangsu Zhenda, Jiangxi Xinyu Enterprise Group and Shandong Enterprise Group, etc., through the purchase of tube blanks, the construction of low-cost domestic hot-rolled pipe units and a large number of cold-drawn units, expanding production capacity and occupying the low-end stainless steel pipe market. At present, the production capacity of these enterprises exceeds 400,000 tons, of which Jiangsu Zhen The production capacity is 700,000 to 800,000 tons, and the output in 2006 is 420,000 tons, ranking 7th in the country. Certain companies and companies such as Zhejiang Jiuli are developing with special varieties. Zhejiang Jiuli mainly develops stainless steel pipes.
The third category: smaller state-owned enterprises
State-owned enterprises such as Laiwu Steel (merging the original Yantai Steel Pipe Plant), Tonghua Steel, Xining Steel Plant, Chongqing Iron and Steel and Wuhan Iron and Steel (Hankou Rolling Mill) have been producing hot-rolled stainless steel pipe products, but not their main products. In recent years, driven by the market, these enterprises have transformed stainless steel pipe equipment and their output has increased, reaching 100,000 to 200,000 tons. In 2006, these enterprises produced nearly 1 million tons of stainless steel pipes, accounting for a total output of 6.596. influences.
The fourth category: all types of small businesses
At present, there are hundreds of scattered stainless steel pipe small enterprises in China, and their output accounts for about 45%. These small enterprises are produced by the backward cold drawing process. The products are mainly fluid pipes, structural pipes, etc., and some oil well pipe light pipe products are supplied to various pipe processing enterprises to produce finished oil well pipes.
(3) Production pattern of stainless steel pipes in domestic regions
In East China, although only a key enterprise in Baosteel produces high-quality stainless steel pipes, there are a large number of private enterprises producing stainless steel pipes in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Shandong. Therefore, the output and proportion are ranked first in the country, and they are much higher than other regions. The proportion has also increased year by year, which is close to 50%.
In North China, due to the presence of Tianjin Steel and Baotou Steel, the output and proportion ranked second, but the proportion showed a downward trend.
In Northeast China, the output of private enterprises in Liaoning increased rapidly. In 2007, the output and proportion exceeded that of Central and South China, ranking third.
In Central South China and Southwest China, there are key producers of stainless steel pipes such as Hengguan and Pancheng Steel, and the output and proportion are ranked 4th and 5th.
