Influence of process parameters of stainless steel tube manufacturer on smelting energy consumption of rotary hearth furnace

The authors of the institute of iron and steel research are the problems of low metal rate, high energy consumption, high dust content and low production efficiency in the production of the bottom furnace. Results show that the rotary hearth furnace product metallization rate and flue gas of carbon-containing pellets on secondary oxidation, increasing the reduction zone gas supply, can reduce the pellets containing carbon secondary oxidation, improve product metallization rate and combustion air preheating temperature and oxygen enrichment rate has significant effects on the energy consumption of smelting, increase the rate of combustion air preheating temperature and oxygen enrichment can reduce consumption of burning and improve the efficiency of smelting. Combustion air preheating temperature per 100 ℃, the gas consumption can be reduced by 75 m after, combustion-supporting wind oxygen enrichment rate of 20% when the gas consumption reduced by 20% smoke gas reduced by 57%.
